Project Due: Dec 2nd.
Here are some images to help you get moving along.
Your projects can be anything. Open your eyes. Open your mind.
Remember that for a “good” project, I will be looking for:
- Image collage of proposed sculpture in environment
- Description of sculpture and proposed space(environment), influences, etc.
- Dimensions, materials needed, etc
- Location, map, etc
- Multiple perspective, elevation views, orthographic views, etc.
- Remember the principles of Design (Unity and Variety, Proportion, etc.)
- Use sketches, paintings to “visualize” your sculpture
Projects not handed in on time will NOT be accepted.

There are lots of steps in this Project so take your time and do it correctly. Darryl gave an excellent demo on Wed., so those of you who missed be sure and get that info from someone.
Looking at a due date of mid-Nov, but we will see.
REMEMBER!
Do NOT buy clay. You will have clay made available to you. Also, do NOT buy aluminum wire for armatures.
As of this week, only purchase: Tools for sculpting and wooden base, 9×12 at least.
Lots of you were absent today. You missed some good stuff.

Overall the grades were pretty good, but the evaluation will be more rigorous in future assignments.
